Customized Products:
If you have purchased a custom product it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Non-Customized Products:
Within the first 7 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days from delivery date you must contact claudenegordon@gmail.com to determine the best course of action.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email us at claudenegordon@gmail.com, and provide the following information:
